Passionate about strength training and all things fitness, I’ve built a lifestyle around discipline, a positive mindset, and consistency. As a proud mum to two grown sons, I know what it’s like to rediscover yourself after the kids have flown the nest. That’s why I’m on a mission to help women over 40 feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies again. Whether you’re picking up a dumbbell for the first time or getting back into training, I’m here to support your journey every step of the way.
